To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies and transporters only. If there is no courier service available in your door step, then it would be delivered to our picking or delivery point. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units? The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. If there is advance payment via netbanking, bank deposit or any other mode, then the delivery would be done within 48 to 72 hrs of booking. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order or the nearest delivery point of us. What if I the product is received in damaged condition? If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

The delivery of the product would be made to the door step of the customer or to the nearest approachable area or nearest delivery point, as described at the time of online order booking. Therefore the customer would be informed by message or phone call about the arrival of the product to the particular area. If the delivery is made to the near doorstep of the customer, then it should be delivered at the same time otherwise the product would be returned and new booking would have to be done thereafter. If the product is arrived at the nearest picking/delivery point, then it would have to be collected by the customer within 48 hours, after which the product would be liable to be returned from that picking/delivery point.

The product would have to be duly checked and confirmed by the customer at the time of picking or delivery, after the handover of the product to the customer, no claim of whatsoever reason would be entertained for return, replace, refund, etc. The warranty of the product would be applicable, if mentioned in the bill and the customer will have to contact on the contact no. given at online portal of website or app of “NEW VIKAS”.
